At "Nuovo Sorriso" in Roncaro, a small village in the Pavia countryside, for years we have been dedicated to rediscovering local flavors or our Marche tradition that are now unknown or simply forgotten and that we would like to pass on to younger generations. Hence the need to renew our look and name as well as our proposals.
