Our concept
In a rustic yet elegant setting, you can enjoy handmade pasta (from ravioli with cheeses from the Marche region to cioncioni, vincisgrassi, and campofiloni). The now legendary olive all’ascolana deserve a chapter of their own (hand-pitted and stuffed with meat in just the right proportions, as tradition dictates), which we’ve reimagined in versions featuring cheese, truffles, and tuna. Among the new offerings, the evening menu is enriched with “MARCHE-STYLE PIZZAS,” BURGERS, and PANOZZI (sandwiches and ciabatta rolls made with pizza dough and baked in a wood-fired oven) that will surprise you with their unique flavors and high-quality ingredients.
All dishes are available (by reservation only) in gluten-free versions as well.
